Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt)

Certain items may be exempt from being returned for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, opened personal care items).

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary by institution.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at wor1dw1d3merchant@gmail.com with photos of the issue.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used


6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our support team at wor1dw1d3merchant@gmail.com for the return address and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.
